Deep Plane Facelift 70s Gallery Patient 166650
This 76 year old female had a previous SMAS plication facelift 15 years ago. The procedure due to its unfavorable vector of tension, had caused her to have large, pulled earlobes, know as Pixi ears.
We performed a composite deep plane face and deep neck lift, temporal brow lift, lower eyelid transconjunctival blepharoplasty, facial fat grafting and laser skin resurfacing.
