This patient presented to our clinic with concerns regarding the aesthetics of a previously placed chin implant performed at another facility. He was dissatisfied with the projection and symmetry of his chin, which he felt did not complement his facial features. A CT scan revealed a completely displaced chin implant, confirming the cause of his aesthetic concerns. After a comprehensive evaluation and discussion of his goals, we designed a custom chin implant tailored specifically to his anatomy. Our objective was to restore balance and harmony to his facial profile while enhancing a natural, masculine appearance. The custom implant was successfully placed, resulting in improved facial symmetry and patient satisfaction with a refined and proportionate jawline.
