"I've worked with different cosmetic surgeons over the span of 30 years and Dr. Bolourian is my favorite! He does beautiful work and he has an honest, reliable assessment of a person's needs. I moved from San Francisco to Orange County and needed to find a new go-to doctor for procedures and I am so happy I found Dr. Bolourian. I had a chin augmentation in my early 20's and the doctor then had done something wrong, where my chin just seemed slightly off. It's been more noticable now because I've been doing some lifestyle modeling in recent years. Dr. Bolourian not only was able to remove the scar tissue that was left behind from the other doctor (restoring the balance to my chin), but gave me the most beautiful chin augmentation! I am so happy! I also thought I needed to get a nose tip reduction and he said he wouldn't do it, which I respected. And after I had the chin surgery, I am so happy that he was honest with me, because I didn't really need that nose tip reduction! My nose looked great after the chin surgery.
