Two powerful techniques. Different goals. Remarkable results when combined.

Fat transfer has come a long way. Today we can use your own fat not just to restore volume — but to genuinely rejuvenate your skin from within.

Depending on your goals, we may recommend structural fat grafting, nano fat, or a combination of both in a single session. Here's what each one does and when we use it.

THE TECHNIQUES

What's the Difference?

Both techniques use fat harvested from your own body — typically the abdomen or thighs. The difference lies in how that fat is processed and what it's used for.

Structural Fat

VOLUME RESTORATION

  • Intact fat cells, preserved and transplanted
  • Adds natural, long-lasting volume
  • Placed in deeper tissue layers
  • Best for areas needing fuller contours
  • Results develop over 3–6 months

Nano Fat

SKIN REGENERATION

  • Fat cells emulsified; stem cells released
  • Improves skin quality and texture
  • Injected into the superficial skin layer
  • Ideal for delicate, thin-skinned areas
  • Ongoing regeneration for months after

INDICATIONS

When We Use Each Technique

Structural Fat Grafting

  • Cheek, temple & jawline volume loss
  • Hollow under-eye area (deep plane)
  • Hand rejuvenation
  • Breast augmentation or reconstruction
  • Buttock enhancement (BBL)
  • Contour irregularities after liposuction
  • Depressed scars requiring volume

Nano Fat Grafting

  • Fine lines around the eyes and lips
  • Dark circles and thin eyelid skin
  • Neck and chest skin quality
  • Acne and surgical scar remodelling
  • Skin laxity and dullness
  • Hair loss (scalp regeneration)
  • Radiation-damaged or fragile skin

WHY NANO FAT?

The Advantages of Nano Fat

Nano fat does something structural fat cannot — it delivers a concentrated dose of your body's own stem cells and growth factors directly into the skin. The benefits go beyond simple filling.

Real Skin Regeneration

Stem cells and growth factors stimulate new collagen, improve elasticity, and genuinely rejuvenate skin quality over time.

Treats Delicate Areas

Fine enough to be injected through a tiny 30-gauge needle into thin skin around the eyes and lips — areas where conventional fat grafting isn't safe.

No Lumps or Nodules

Because the fat cells are broken down before injection, there's no risk of palpable lumps forming under delicate skin.

Completely Natural

It's your own biological material — no synthetic fillers, no foreign substances, no risk of allergy or rejection.

Scar Improvement

Nano fat softens fibrotic scar tissue and improves both the texture and colour of acne scars, surgical scars, and stretch marks.

Works with Other Treatments

Combines beautifully with structural fat grafting, PRP, laser resurfacing, or microneedling for comprehensive results.

OUR TECHNIQUE

How We Process Nano Fat Using the Tulip System

We use the Tulip Medical closed-system — considered the gold standard for fat transfer — to ensure the fat is handled gently and hygienically at every stage.

  1. Gentle Harvesting: Fat is collected from the abdomen or thighs using a fine Tulip cannula and manual suction — not a machine — to keep the cells healthy and intact.
  2. Purification: The harvested fat is allowed to separate by gravity. Fluid and excess oil are removed, leaving pure, concentrated fat as the starting material.
  3. Emulsification: The fat is passed back and forth between two syringes through a tiny Tulip connector — around 30 times — until it becomes a smooth, creamy emulsion rich in stem cells and growth factors.
  4. Filtration & Injection: The emulsion is filtered to remove any remaining fibrous tissue, then loaded into fine syringes and carefully injected into the target area in tiny, precise amounts. The Tulip system keeps the entire process sterile and closed — nothing is ever exposed to open air — protecting cell quality and minimising any infection risk.

"The right technique in the right place — that is the art of modern fat transfer."
